I am a certified nutritionist and fitness instructor, I am a wife and the mother of a wonderful 7-year-old boy, but above all I am a woman who has gone through a real and profound transformation, not only physically, but also mentally.

My story begins in 2018, when my son was born, It was a moment of confusion when I felt lost, I no longer understood what was happening with my own body. Before pregnancy, I had never had weight issues. I had a balanced metabolism and I did not pay special attention to nutrition or exercise. Things worked naturally, without effort. However, during pregnancy, my body went through significant hormonal changes, and the balance I knew was completely lost.

The pregnancy period overlapped with the painful loss of my brother. It was the moment that deeply unbalanced me.

I’m someone who truly understands how complicated the relationship with food can be.

After birth, besides the considerable excess weight, I faced postpartum depression, and all of this led to further weight gain and a complete loss of control over my own body.

I did not know what to eat. I did not know how to cook properly. I had never done sports before. I did not understand the real role of nutrition and exercise. I was trying to find answers around me, but I was only receiving general recommendations, without a concrete direction. It was the moment when I realized that if I wanted a real change, I had to build it on my own, on a correct foundation.

I started studying nutrition and fitness seriously, to understand the mechanisms behind healthy weight loss, metabolism, and hormonal balance. I obtained certifications in nutrition and fitness from ABC Fitness and Fitness Scandinavia, and then I began to apply everything I had learned, first of all on myself.

The results appeared quickly through consistency, balance, and adaptation to my lifestyle. Then I started helping a close friend. And then another one. The women around me began to see themselves in my story, to look for the same type of clear and applicable guidance, and they started asking for my help.

Today, I help women who struggle with extra weight, with lack of control over their nutrition, with hormonal changes after pregnancy, with periods of stress, emotional imbalance, or lack of confidence in their own body. I work with women who want to lose weight in a healthy way, who want body recomposition or muscle growth.

Over time, I have helped thousands of women lose weight, regain their confidence, and build a healthy lifestyle, without frustration and without extremes. Out of the desire to offer a professional and organized way for my activity, AlmarFit.com was born, a space dedicated to women who want to lose weight in a healthy way, to understand their body, to have a clear plan and a normal life in which they can lose weight without excluding themselves.

Each personalized nutrition plan and each training program is built according to the objective, lifestyle, and real needs of each person. I do not use restrictive diets and I do not promote quick solutions. The girls eat until they are full and according to their own culinary preferences. I strongly believe in nutritional education, in balance, and in building sustainable habits.

My plans are created based on essential parameters such as weight, height, age, and each client’s objective, and the workouts are structured following the correct principles from the fitness bible and muscular balance, so that the results are visible and healthy.
